This year’s winner is Leo Bugeja of Pagham Karate Club.The photo shows Sensei Ian Gregory collecting the shield on Leo’s behalf at the recent instructors class. Leo was unable to attend due to being on an introductory aeronautical engineering course. The next award will be assessed at the end of 2018, so Sensei Paul Walton will be looking for nominations from club instructors after next year’s instructors class. |
